Seattle Interbay office directions

The new Seattle office is located just south of the Ballard Bridge on the east side of 15th Ave W, in a mustard-colored office building with blue awnings, next to La Palma Mexican Restaurant. We are in the SW corner of the building on the bottom floor with access through a separate entrance. If you enter through the main entrance, we are on the bottom floor.

From Fremont

• Go south on Fremont across Fremont Bridge, making sure you are in the right lane on the bridge.
• Take a hard right on Florentina St, right after you cross the bridge.
• Take a slight right onto Nickerson St (you can be in either lane).
• Follow Nickerson for some time, at least half a mile, towards the Ballard Bridge.
• Move to the Ballard Bridge/W Emerson lane (left lane) when you see the sign.
• Turn left on 14th Ave W (this is a side street that will come up before the bridge, so keep your eye out).
• Turn right on W Ruffner Street. Our office is at the corner of W Ruffner and 15th Ave W directly across from (north of) La Palma.

From downtown or south Seattle

• Take 15th Ave W just a little past Dravus.
• Near Dravus, get in the right lane.
• Take a right on W Ruffner St. Our building is the mustard colored building right in front of you on the corner of 15th and Ruffner, right across the street from La Palma.

From Ballard or north Seattle

• Take 15th Ave NW south across the Ballard Bridge.
• Take the Emerson/Nickerson exit at the end of the bridge and immediately turn left at the stop sign. You will be going left over the overpass over 15th.
• Follow the sign to Fremont and turn right on 14th Ave W.
• Go one block and turn right on W. Ruffner. Our building is the mustard colored building on the next corner. We are on the bottom floor and can be accessed by the separate entrance.

Parking

We have a few parking spaces right at our office door which has a separate entrance. You can also parking in the building parking lot on the east side of the building and enter on the 2nd floor and take the stairs/elevator down to Suite 101.

Buses

The 15 and 18 stop right in front of the office. (Make sure to check schedules as express busses may not stop here). Route 31 stops about a block north of us.
