Top predators hold a key to life itself. Can people and predators coexist? Can we afford not to? Tonight come see the new documentary, Lords of Nature: Life in a Land of Great Predators. Watch trailer.
Wolves and other predators, once driven to the edge of existence, are finding their way back, to Washington and other states. This film documentary goes behind the scenes with leading scientists to explore the role top predators play in restoring and maintaining ecosystems and biodiversity. Lords of Nature is also the story of a society now learning tolerance for beasts once banished.
A panel discussion panel immediately follows the film with experts, including:
- Defenders of Wildlife's Suzanne Stone
- Idaho Wildlife Services' Rick Williamson
- Idaho Fish & Game's Carter Niemeyer, and
- Okanogan District wildlife biologist Scott Fitkin.
