This informational meeting is the beginning of a public comment process for potential wilderness recommendations for areas in the Colville NF
The Colville National Forest is currently deciding which qualifying areas to recommend to Congress for wilderness protection. But first, they want to hear from you. We believe that 19 of 21 IRAs on the Colville have high wilderness values and are very deserving of "recommended wilderness" status.
