Join Conservation Northwest on this 8-mile hike just south of the Salmo-Priest Wilderness Area, where you can drink in views of Idaho's Selkirk Mountains, Priest Lake, and meadows of bear grass and other wildflowers. One of the closest wild forests to Spokane, this area is home to elk and bighorn sheep and rare wildlife including grizzly bears, mountain caribou, gray wolf, lynx, and bull trout.
