Thanks to a generous grant from American Forests, Conservation Northwest has the opportunity to partner with the U.S. Forest Service to plant and revegetate decommissioned roads in caribou and grizzly habitat in the Colville National Forest. We invite you to join us!
We will hand-pull noxious weeds on a two-mile stretch of decommissioned and obliterated road in the East Fork Le Clerc Creek drainage near Cusick. With a little sweat equity, we can make a big impact on wildlife habitat in northeast Washington!
Join us and get a FREE pair of Conservation Northwest gardening work gloves!
Bring sturdy shoes and a lunch. We will try to finish early enough to cool off in a nearby lake!
To pull or cut weeds? that is the question. Come prepared to learn more!
