The Washington Wildlife Habitat Connectivity Working Group, which we are a member of, has launched a series of webinars featuring how partners in the Working Group are putting the scientific products we've generated to work.
Webinars take place the third Monday of the month at 10 am.
At this webinar, Audrey Hatch of the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife presents, "Integrating connectivity science into the Western Governors Associations CHAT decision support tool.”
The Western Governors Association's Wildlife Council is working with partners in each state to develop an online mapping tool highlighting crucial habitat and wildlife corridors throughout the West to inform land management planning, development, and other decisions. The presentation is a sneak peak at the map tool being developed for Washington before its public release next year. The webinar includes a Q&A period.
After the webinar, learn more about what we do to connect habitat by working with partners to develop the latest science and translate that science to the ground.
