This year, join 24 of the state’s leading conservation groups and hundreds of citizen advocates to push for the passage of the Environmental Priorities Coalition’s 2013 legislative agenda.
The Environmental Priorities Coalition's 2013 priorities include:
"Conservation Works" promotes fiscally-responsible projects to benefit every corner of our state by reducing toxic runoff, making communities more resilient to floods and fires, creating local jobs, expanding recreation opportunities, and improving habitat and forest health.
"Clean Energy Solutions" holds polluters accountable and investing in clean energy industries and infrastructure, and keeps clean energy dollars circulating in our state's economy.
"Toxic-free Kids and Families" will phase out the use of cancer-causing chlorinated Tris flame retardants from home furniture and children's products and ensure the use of safer alternatives.
