Be an intern superstar
Looking for a dynamite internship to serve you well in your conservation career? Join us as a special events intern or outreach & organizing intern out of our Seattle office.
Special events internship opportunity out of Seattle
There are many needs for interns at Conservation Northwest helping connect and protect wildlife and wild places from the Washington Coast to the BC Rockies.
We need you!
We especially need, out of our Seattle office, a special events intern to help with our annual Hope for a Wild Future auction, held in early June in Seattle. From research, to soliciting donations over the phone, to data entry, to writing descriptions and making displays for auction items, there is a lot of detail work required to ensure a successful event “the day of.” Successful fundraising events build goodwill, which in turns leads to greater involvement and support.
You can also make a huge difference as an outreach and organizing intern, also in Seattle. You'll be helping with web-based and social media advocacy, engaging citizens in western Washington on conservation issues through public events, working closely with the outreach coordinator on press events and public hearings, and otherwise activating Seattle residents in lands protection and wildlife issues.
For either internship, available immediately, learn more to apply.
