Get ready for Homecoming

Posted by Grace Dahl, auction intern at Sep 01, 2013 09:07 PM |

When I think of “Homecoming,” I can still feel the excitement that came with my favorite football team taking the field in October to cheers and bright lights. To many of us, the word itself brings memories of high school days: of fancy dresses, dances, and school spirit. To us at Conservation Northwest, we thought this occasion could not fit more perfectly with the return home of some of Washington’s wildest animals, including wolves, wolverines, and fishers.

Get ready for Homecoming

September 18, celebrate the homecoming of the Northwest's iconic wildlife and have some fun!

Friday night Homecoming special!

Don't miss out this busy long weekend. We've extended our Early Bird special price until Monday night, September 2nd!

Our 10th annual Hope for a Wild Future dinner and auction, Wednesday, September 18th, is a chance for us to celebrate the “homecoming” of these iconic natives and to benefit our innovative and collaborative programs.

I can’t wait for this year’s auction! Not only will it be a great night of delicious food, drinks, and a fun Homecoming theme, I’m excited to see our biggest fundraiser of the year, where staff and supporters gather to celebrate and support Conservation Northwest's vital work.

A wonderful thing about our auction? Bid on amazing items that you can’t find anywhere else:
Be there when we reintroduce pacific fisher in the Cascades,
Party in style, and taste, with Bill the Butcher,
Ride the range for a day to protect wolves,
Getaway for a week at a private San Juans family retreat.
Preview more of this year’s incredible selection, and get ready to bid.

An even more wonderful thing about the auction? You know that generous bid is going straight toward keeping the Northwest wild!

So look through your closet for the perfect dress, find your wildlife Homecoming spirit, and we hope to see you there!

Here is all you need to know to have a fun, wild night with Conservation Northwest:
