Logging on state lands in the watershed is governed by the Lake Whatcom Landscape Plan. When the landscape plan was proposed, Conservation Northwest (formerly Northwest Ecosystem Alliance) submitted our own comments and asked a water quality expert and a geologist to submit comments.
