Thank you for visiting the Conservation Northwest website and reviewing our privacy policy. During your visit to the website, we collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide it to us.

In order to track the number of visitors and what information on the site is most valued, we do collect information about when and how many visitors come to the site and what pages are most popular. We do not track this information by monitoring individual visitors

We do gather individual information when you explicitly provide your name, address, email, etc. when filling out forms for the purpose of making a donation, subscribing to an email list, or taking action. If you are not a member of Conservation Northwest and subscribe to an email list or take action, we may send you information on becoming a member. You may opt out of receiving future membership information by emailing info (a) conservationnw.org or calling 1-800-878-9950 x10.

We do not share your email address, phone number, or any information on your donations or web action alerts in which you participate.

Opting out: If you become a member of Conservation Northwest, we sometimes share our membership list (name and address only) with like-minded nonprofits in order to increase capacity in the conservation movement. Our membership and donation forms all allow for you to opt out of these exchanges by simply checking a box. You may also contact Membership Associate, Julia Spencer via email or 1-800-878-9950 X10.

Our donations, action alert systems, and electronic newsletters are handled by external vendors: GiftTool, Democracy in Action, Vertical Response, and Salesforce. None of these vendors may use your personal information for any purpose beyond the administration of Conservation Northwest donations, e-mail alerts, and action centers. They store individual’s information securely, and only Conservation Northwest and appointed systems administrators may access it.

Our website contains links to other organizations and government agencies. This is a service to our visitors, and we attempt to make sure we link only to active sites with pertinent content. However, we cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies on sites to which we link. If you are concerned about this, please read the privacy policy on those sites.
