It's that time of year again for Woodland Park Zoo's Bear Affair & Big Howl for Wolves: Pacific Northwest Wildlife Conservation event!

Enjoy activities focused on bears, wolves and other Pacific Northwest wildlife. Learn what these animals need to survive in the wild, and how humans can co-exist.

At noon, Jasmine Minbashian, Conservation Northwest special projects director, shows and discusses clips from her movie, "Land of the Lost Wolves"!

You can also watch the zoo's bears scavenge through leftovers at a mock backyard birthday party, get up close to a Karelian bear dog, and do some crafts with your kids.

Free with zoo admission. A more detailed schedule is available at the zoo's website.
