Given the ongoing uncertainties with COVID-19, Conservation Northwest will hold our 18th annual event entirely online, livestreamed from 6:00-7:00 p.m. PT on April 22nd. Prior to the live event, Table Captains, their guests, and Full Event Access ticketholders will be invited to a special pre-event Zoom gathering with their tables and CNW staff beginning at 5:30 p.m. PT.

The live event will be accompanied by an online silent auction open for bidding from April 16th-23rd. Find out more details about the evening’s schedule, the online auction, and some other fun activities on our event page here.

One of Seattle’s premier fundraising events, our Hope for a Wild Future auction historically brings together 300 of our region’s top conservationists, philanthropists, and local business and community leaders, raising more than $400,000 to benefit the Northwest’s cherished wildlife and wildlands. This year, our virtual format removes the barrier for those who’d like to attend our event from anywhere in the world.

If you wish to donate a package to our online auction, please fill out this online form or download the PDF form. Or learn more about corporate sponsorship for this event here.

If you still need to fulfill a paddle raise from the 2020 Auction, you can do so through our secure online form.

2021 Auction FAQ

What do I need to attend the online event and auction?

This year, our event will be split into two parts. There is the live event, which will be livestreamed through a virtual streaming platform via a link emailed to registered attendees from 6:00-7:00 p.m. PT on April 22nd, 2021. You can stream the live event from any device or web browser, so long as you have the Zoom App or browser extension installed on your device. Following the live event, all ticketholders will be able to join Wildlife World, which can be accessed from a laptop or desktop computer (no smartphones or tablets) via a Chrome or Firefox web browser. Register today to secure your spot for our live event!

The second part of this year’s event will include an online silent auction open from 12:00 p.m. PT on April 16th through 6:00 p.m. PT on April 23rd. Registered users can access the online silent auction from anywhere through your registered profile. You’ll want to be sure to check regular and make sure you have the top bid on your favorite items! Don’t forget to register for the silent auction and keep an eye on your favorite items to bid on!

What is the pre-event Zoom gathering?

To recreate the social experience of sitting with your table captain and guests, Table  Captains and their guests, as well as Full Event Access ticketholders, will be invited to an exclusive pre-event gathering via Zoom breakout rooms from 5:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. PT on April 22nd. You can use the time to catch up, tell new guests about the event, or chat about your favorite Northwest adventures! This is a unique opportunity for guests to have a more intimate conversation prior to the main event.

What are Experience Boxes?

Experience Boxes are a great way to create a sense of togetherness and make you feel like you are sitting with Conservation Northwest at the banquet table. With your Experience Box order, you could receive a special fresh meal, bottle of wine, and even some CNW gear right to your doorstep the day of the live event. Table Captains can also opt to personalize their guests’ boxes (contact us to find out how!).

Available only for Full Event Access and Table ticketholders and must be ordered no later than April 10th. Staff will reach out to registered ticketholders to offer Experience Box options in early March.

Please note: Experience Boxes are completely optional and available for an additional cost. The cost of the Experience Boxes is not tax-deductible.

What is Wildlife World?

Wildlife World is a virtual gathering space where table captains can video chat with their table guests, attendees can meet and chat with CNW field staff, and everyone can learn more about CNW’s latest accomplishments. This post-event social gathering (or after party!) is available to all ticketholders and will take place after the live event wraps up from 7:00 p.m. PT on. Please note, to access Wildlife World, you’ll need to use a laptop or desktop computer (no smartphones or tablets) and a Chrome or Firefox web browser.
